Ramaphosa sends condolences to Russia after attack

President Cyril Ramaphosa has offered condolences to the people of Russia, after a deadly attack in Moscow.
On Friday, at least 133 people were killed, and more than 100 injured, after a shooting incident in Crocus City Hall.
It's been reported that all four gunm have been arrested.
The suspects also set fire to the building, which partially collapsed, making it hard to identify remains.
Russia has since published a list of 29 people, identified in the rummage.
The Islamic State, claims it was behind the attack.
