Tshwane buses at a standstill
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
Bus services in the City of Tshwane has been disrupted by bus drivers, affiliated to municipal workers union Samwu, not showing up for work this morning.

The City's Sheila Lynne says the action took them by surprise.
"Yesterday we had a meeting with the representatives from Samwu, four Tshwane bus services and Roads and Transport and we asked them if they had any grievances with regards to their work situation, is there anything they are concern about and are they intending on striking and their answer was no," says Lynne.
Samwu's Mpho Tladinyane says there is no strike and workers are just attending a march.
"Workers in the City of Tshwane will be embarking on a march to raise a number of frustrations," says Tladinyane.
"These people are mad. They don't know what they are talking about. Our understanding is that all members of Samwu will be part of this particular march."
