- Do show up, or at least RSVP
- Arrive and depart on time
- Don't bring an extra guest
- Wear applicable clothing
- Greet hosts, colleagues, and party planners
- Avoid speaking about work
- Don't discuss office gossip and don't become office gossip
- Don't hide in the corner
- Don't binge at the buffet
- Say thank you and be appreciative
- Show up to work the next day
