AI predicted what remote workers will look like in 25 years - and it’s actually scary!
Following the life-changing impact of COVID-19, remote working has become a reality for many employees.
Although many people agree that they prefer remote work and believe it has increased their productivity, there are still downsides to working from home.

Job search engine DirectApply showcased an AI prediction of what remote workers would look like in 25 years - and it was terrifying!
"This visual representation of what remote workers will look like in 25 years shows that you may face having bad eyesight, a 'tech neck', inflamed eyes, terrible posture and rapid weight gain," reports Lad Bible.
These consequences come from sitting in front of a screen eight hours a day, and a lack of sunlight and physical activity.
"From reduced social interaction and lack of proper exercise to hunched shoulders and digital eye strain - Susan outlines the many physical implications of what spending hours glued to your laptop can unknowingly be doing to your physical and mental well-being."
Fortunately, there are ways employees can prevent these negative WFH implications.

"Sticking to a routine that suits your life, your productivity levels, and your job demands is essential to maintaining emotional health when working remotely," says Psychologist Dr Rachel M Allan.
She also added that it is essential to ensure you connect with other people and interact with family and friends.
