Alleged drunk driver caught on camera in South Africa

The resumption of the sale of alcohol is not a green light for drunk driving.
Now that Level 2 has kicked in, South Africans are permitted to buy alcohol and cigarettes.
The recent announcement by President Cyril Ramaphosa to lift the ban on the sale and consumption of alcohol should, however, not be abused.

Drunk driving leads to reckless behaviour on the roads of South Africa.
Despite extensive efforts to educate and encourage drivers to avoid driving while under the influence, South Africa is not seeing any real difference.
A video came to light on Twitter of an alleged drunk driver dangerously swerving on the highway.
