Angry dad chases kids with whip after busting pool party
Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
At what point do you realise: “Oh, I messed up?” The point where your dad chases all your friends from his house or the part where he starts hitting them with a whip?
There are few things as scary as doing something secretly and then being caught by your parents.
We’ve all been there, and the feeling of dread that engulfs your body when you realise you messed up is indescribable.

A recent viral video on TikTok shows some kids getting first-hand experience with this exact dread.
The viral video, captioned “Kids are hosting pool party without not know that parents are coming”, shows a furious dad chasing kids from his yard after he caught them having a secret pool party.
The hilarious scene looked exactly like a movie scene, as kids everywhere are seen scrambling for their belongings and running out of the yard. Some were even covering their faces for the camera.

As the video proceeds, the camera focuses on kids running away, but moments later, the dad, fuelled by anger, returns into the frame, holding a whip and swiping at some of the children.

Whether he actually hit someone, we are not sure, but he was definitely close.
The viral video has garnered more than 1.8-million views and 100,000 likes.
