Breakfast with Martin Bester paid tribute to cricket legend Shane Warne after he died of a suspected heart attack. Warne will receive a state funeral.
On Friday, 4 March, it was reported that cricket legend Shane Warne, 52, had passed away.

It was reported that Warne suffered a suspected heart attack. Warne was reportedly found unresponsive in a luxury villa on Thai holiday island Koh Samui.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison on Saturday said Australians were "bewildered" by the "sad and sudden loss" of Warne, and announced the cricketing hero would receive a state funeral.

"There was none like Shane," Morrison said. "He lived his life his way. He had his great achievements, but also his regrets. He carried them all the same way. With a cheeky smile and a zest for life."

"He was a great guy. He was also very relatable. Everyone knew him but he never took himself too seriously."
