Couple tie the knot at Taylor Swift concert
Updated | By Etienne Bruwer
René Hurtado and her fiancé Max Bochman wanted to incorporate a Taylor Swift song on their wedding day - so they went to the source.
René Hurtado and her fiancé attended the opening night of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in Glendale, Arizona.
During the first night, Hurtado opened the ‘Notes’ app on her phone and typed down the entire set list of the concert, waiting for the perfect song to be her wedding song.
The couple planned to tie the knot the following night at Swift’s concert.

Hurtado knew, long before her wedding at the concert, that she wanted to incorporate Swift’s music into her wedding.
When Hurtado got engaged in September 2021, she told her friends she wanted to elope with her fiancé while travelling for Swift's tour.
Then, one of her friends suggested an even more daring idea: Get married at a Swift concert - and she did exactly that.
