UFC champ Dricus du Plessis shares embarrassing Segway incident

In his first radio interview since returning home, UFC champ Dricus du Plessis spoke to Breakfast with Martin Bester about his victory over Sean Strickland and promised to visit the team live in studio.
On Tuesday, Breakfast with Martin Bester spoke to the beloved UFC star Dricus du Plessis to hear his experience of winning the UFC middleweight title.
Du Plessis told Martin Bester that he felt the immense love of South Africans before, during, and after his fight.

Martin Bester wrote a song just for Dricus to celebrate the South African hero.
Du Plessis returned to South Africa following his victory over Sean Strickland in their UFC Middleweight Championship battle.
He arrived at OR Tambo International Airport on 26 January.
Du Plessis was given a hero's welcome by a group of supporters, including Keenan Bender, who got a tattoo of Du Plessis after his victory.
"We have believed in him since the EFC days. My and I have always 100% believed that he is gonna be a world champion, and here he is as the champion," said Bender.

During his meeting with Bender, the UFC star from Pretoria signed the superfan's tattoo.
