Failed kidnapping attempt in broad daylight

A video shows
the moment a desperate mother tries to grab her child from a kidnapper.
The New York Police Department Crime Stoppers released a video on Twitter showing two perpetrators picking up a five-year-old girl and running back to the getaway vehicle.
In a turn of events, the mother reacted quickly and retrieved her child through the open window of the car.

All that the perpetrators could do was speed off. It was not their day because CCTV footage could identify the one man and James McGonagle, 24 of Queens, was arrested!
