Meal prepping is very popular, especially for those who have no time for cooking after work. However, have you ever thought about how long your prepped dinner lasts for in the fridge?
Well, Daily Mail have compiled a chart and you may be surprised by one or two of the expiration dates.

According to experts, breakfast foods often don't last that long. Smoothies and overnight oats will only be good for around 24 hours.
Cooked vegetables can last for seven days, while pasta can last for five days and rice six days.
