Armand Joubert, also known as AJ, is a songwriter and incredible performing artist.
Armand is a magnificent pop-artist, who is known for his energetic performances, high notes and impeccable style – especially his hats!
He draws his musical inspiration from artists like Jessie J, Billie Eilish, Troye Sivan and Christina Aguilera. Armand’s performances are as unique as he is.

Born in Witbank, Mpumalanga, Armand started singing at the age of five and has been the opening act for Prime Circle, Blackbyrd, Lady Zamar, Sho Madjozi, and other top SA artists.
Armand was a “four-chair turner” on The Voice South Africa, Season 2, and he made it into the Top 32.
The singer joined Breakfast with Martin Bester on Friday morning.
The singer admits, 'Lockdown has its ups and downs but we’re looking on the bright side of things.’
Armand Joubert celebrated pride month during June and said, ' It is one thing we can still do during the lockdown. We can still celebrate love. I think it is important to accept each other.'
