Local TikTokker stuns with a cappella version of Outkast’s 'Hey Ya!'

South African TikTokker Lusanda Ngcobo’s version of OutKast’s 'Hey Ya!' has gone viral.
South Africa has some of the best talent in the world - and Lusanda Ngcobo is here to prove that.
The 22-year-old went viral on the social media app after she went live on TikTok to sing a slowed down version of Outkast’s 'Hey Ya!'.

After posting the live video to her TikTok account, the video managed to garner almost two-million views.

Of course, Ngcobo received plenty of love from social media for her beautiful rendition.
“You sound like you could cure anxiety… literally sound like everything is going to be okay,” said one TikTok user.
“The word talent isn’t enough to describe what you possess,” said another.

According to The Citizen, the Durban-born singer who grew up in Johannesburg is overwhelmed by the amazing response she has received.
“The comments and feedback I’ve been receiving has been so beautifully overwhelming. I can’t believe how touched people are from this cover,” she said.
