What happened in Pretoria East this past weekend?
Theo is the owner of the Property Management Authority of South Africa (Propman). A group of colleagues in Pretoria East from Theo’s property management business in Faerie Glen went for drinks on Friday.
The party then moved to Theo's house, where three people died, including Theo.
South Africans were shocked with the news on Monday after Theo’s butler walked in on the scene.

Top South African investigator and security specialist Mike Bolhuis has played an integral role in a number of the country's high profile crime investigations. His focus is serious violent and serious economic crimes, and in his work he has brought drug lords and syndicates to book.
His team has been asked to lead the investigation to find out what exactly happened.
Mike Bolhuis spoke to Breakfast with Martin Bester about the incident and investigation. “The fourth person is in the hospital. We got the police to the house and we took all the CCTV footage. We need to know if there were other people in the house. We threw the net very wide to see who was there. It's a complicated investigation.”
