Entrepreneur Miles Kubheka shares tips for starting your own business
Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
Breakfast with Martin Bester spoke to one of this year's MANCOSA Business Breakfast in collaboration with Jacaranda FM speakers, Miles Kubheka.
The MANCOSA Business Breakfast in collaboration with Jacaranda FM is back for a second year.
Following the resounding success of last year's event, which was themed 'Live Your Legacy,' this year's theme, 'From Dreams To Legacy | Make Moves For Your Future', promises to be even more inspiring and impactful.
This year's expert panel of speakers includes:
Connie Ferguson: Award-winning actress & businesswoman
Miles Kubheka: Author & entrepreneur
Leanne Manas: TV Personality & businesswoman
Jean de Villers: Rugby legend
On Monday, 16 September, author, celebrity chef, and entrepreneur Miles Kubheka joined Breakfast with Martin Bester to share more about the event.
Kubheka also spoke about his success as an entrepreneur and tips on how each person can reach success in life.
The author, celebrity chef, and entrepreneur told Martin Bester that failure has many negative connotations but says that failure is actually just a way of learning.
"Let me put it this way. On average, a baby falls about 17 times an hour while learning to walk, but you don't see them going, 'Oh, maybe this walking thing isn't for me'."
Kubheka said rather than spending your energy on negative things like focusing on failure, rather focus on what you have learned and what you can do in the future.
He also believes that South Africa's future is dependent on creating more entrepreneurs.
