Petrol price hike: Is SA ready for electric cars?

Do you think South Africa is geared for electric cars?

Petrol will go up by 82 cents per litre on Wednesday. Diesel will increase by between 85 and 87 cents, and illuminating paraffin by R1.09 cents.
Efficient group senior economist Francois Stoffberg told Jacaranda FM News the series of fuel price hikes are putting a lot of strain on household budgets.
