Vosloo currently stars in 'Griekwastad' that was released on DStv Box Office on Tuesday. 'Griekwastad' is based on the bestselling true crime novel by Jacques Steenkamp.
The film and book follow the story of Deon Steenkamp (44), his wife Christel (43), and their teenage daughter Marthella (14) that were murdered in the living room on their farm, Naauwhoek, in the Northern Cape in 2012. This story has since been well publicised throughout the years.
"Our approach to the film is gonna surprise people. Even though it is based on the story of the murders, we see it from the perspective of the detective Dick de Waal," Vosloo told Martin. In the film, Vosloo portrays the role of Dick de Waal.
