Pretoria club hit with allegations of assault, murder, and underage drinking
The popular Latino’s Pub and Lounge on ‘The Strip’ in Hatfield, Pretoria has been dubbed the “Nightmare Nightclub” after allegations of assault, murder, and underage drinking came to light.
Allegations straight out of a horror movie have shaken the popular student trip in Hatfield, Pretoria.
‘The Strip’ is a popular hangout spot, especially for students looking for a good time and a night out.
Unfortunately, this vibrant student hangout has fallen under great scrutiny after these allegations came to light about one of its most popular nightclubs.

Latino’s Pub and Lounge has come under fire over allegations of assault, murder, and underage drinking.
In a recent 'Carte Blanche' exposé, the popular actuality programme showed visuals of a young man being dragged from a club into a dark alley, barely responsive, his pants soaked with blood.
“Metres away, a group of men gathers – one of them, allegedly the owner of the well-known nightclub in Pretoria; another, his bouncer,” reads a report from 'Carte Blanche'.

“Moments later, they re-enter the club. None of them helps the bleeding man. It’s a distressing scene, caught on CCTV and it may reveal how this notorious nightclub does business. With a reputation for violent bouncers and underage drinking, it seems that behind the club's glittering façade lurk hidden dangers for young people looking for a good time.”
The number of people who refused to talk to 'Carte Blanche' or reveal their identity out of fear created great concern over these allegations.
