Pretoria woman being harassed by man in CBD upsets Martin Bester
A woman was harassed by a man while she was sitting in her car in traffic - and the situation has really got under the skin of Martin Bester.
On Thursday, a video made the rounds on social of a woman being the victim of harassment in Pretoria's CBD, on Francis Baard Street.

While the woman asked the man to leave, he refused to step away and stole her car radio aerial.
In the video, we can see how the woman is screaming for the man to move away. We can also see how afraid she is while the man is trying to steal her radio aerial.
Martin Bester was extremely shocked to see how no one is addressing harassment and criminality in any CBD within South Africa.
