Robber learns hard lesson in a West Rand restaurant

What seemed to be a lovely day turned into a nightmare for a robber who entered a restaurant, not intending to buy food.
President Cyril Ramaphosa announced that South Africa would move to ‘Alert level 4’, which means restaurants can operate through take aways and delivering food to customers only.

A few days prior, security camera footage showed patrons in a restaurant in Florida on the West Rand enjoying their food.
Moments later, a man walked into the restaurant and turned to the table on the left.
CCTV footage shows the man grabbing what seems to be a cellphone on the table. The woman’s quick reflexes show her grabbing the man’s hand whilst other patrons come to the rescue.

The robber was caught thanks to the woman’s quick reflexes and the assistance of the restaurant patrons!
