The 45-year-old teacher was shot dead in her car whilst sitting right outside the school gate.
Two men allegedly walked up to the teacher's car and proceeded to shoot her at point-blank range. None of her belongings were taken.
Classes continued right after the attack, but it has now been confirmed that the school will not continue as normal as classes have been suspended.
The motive of the crime is still unknown and no suspects have been identified at this time.

The Education Department's Elias Malindi informed parents to keep pupils at home for the rest of the week.
"The department decided to close the school temporarily to allow the send-off process to unfold smoothly. The department came up with a recovery plan that will be implemented immediately when learning and teaching resume on Monday."
