Martin Bester was joined by Thabang Kgopane telephonically to share more about why it's so important to support local business.
Kgopane is the director of Swypa Delivery - a local business in Tembisa and Ivory Park.
Swypa Delivery has been overwhelmed with deliveries during this pandemic.
"It's a delivery service and we deliver goods to people," Kgopane said.
"With the outbreak, the demand for masks and hand sanitizer deliveries increased.
"We also support local businesses to grow the economy. We buy from local shops and deliver to people.
"People order more food. This week it was crazy. It's about R20-R30 for delivery."
