According to Business Insider, two longevity researchers who work for LongeviQuest recently revealed the top three regrets older people have in life.
LongeviQuest is an organisation that verifies the ages of supercentenarians (people who live to the age of 110 or older) around the world.
Ben Meyers and Fabrizio Villatoro, who work for LongeviQuest, talk to supercentenarians as part of their job.

Meyers and Villatoro asked supercentenarians about regrets and what they wish they had done differently.
Here are the top three regrets of older people according to their research:
1. Not spending enough time with family
2. Working too hard
3. Not travelling more
