Tracker introduces WhatsApp armed response service
Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
A world first WhatsApp-based rapid mobile armed response service will be introduced in South Africa.
Even with COVID-19 lockdown restrictions easing, we're driving a lot less than we did before lockdown. However, it is always better to be safe when you do get on the road.
With crime an ever-present issue in our country, South Africans need to be able to request prompt help in the easiest, most familiar and fastest way possible.
Tracker CareGuard ensures that when you need it most, there is always somebody by your side, 24/7/365. This service provides on-demand mobile armed response security at the drop of a pin via WhatsApp anywhere, anytime.

How does the service work? You can subscribe to Tracker CareGuard. If you ever need assistance due to an emergency, you simply drop a pin via WhatsApp. Tracker SA will in turn send an emergency request to the five closest responders to your current location. The responder will be sent directly to your location.
Unsure how it works? You can perform a short demonstration here.
