Tshwane Mayor Solly Msimanga explains the state of the city

The City of Tshwane has been experiencing unrest and Mayor Solly Msimanga sheds some light on the issues.

Tshwane has been in the news recently amidst the recent taxi violence and the need for waste management services to have a police escort.
A recent incident at the corner of Madiba and Walter Sisulu resulted in a taxi driver and four commuters being injured, as several shots were fired after violence broke out between rival taxi associations.
