"When you forget to turn off cruise control."
Retail giant Checkers' delivery service, Sixty60, has truly taken over South Africa and changed how we shop.
Today, thousands of South Africans use the Sixty60 app for daily convenience rather than physically going into shops.
For some, it has even become a staple in their household and considering how busy life has become, it would only make sense why.

Not only has the convenience of the delivery service become a new norm, but the retail giant’s marketing team has been working overtime to make the brand a talking point in households across South Africa.
From merchandise for the app being sold to catchy ads and tunes, they are taking over the country.
By far, the most recognisable part of the Sixty60 service, however, is its drivers.
Those easily recognisable turquoise bikes have become the talk of the town with miniature figurines as well as kiddies' Checkers Sixty60 bikes being sold.
That's why whenever these drivers do anything out of the ordinary, it immediately goes viral.

The most recent viral clip shows a Checkers Sixty60 driver crashing head-first into a residential gate during a delivery.
It is not clear exactly how the driver managed to hit the gate without breaking, but the video garnered quite the response online.
