Gale-force winds caused the massive structure to topple and fall to the ground in mere seconds.
CCTV footage of the incident shows as the structure fell to the ground with ease just moments before a pedestrian was walking where it fell.
According to TimesLive, the incident occurred at Access Park in Kenilworth at about 09:13 am.
