The latest rugby star to share great news about their relationship is Springbok Herschel Jantjies.
The Bok player and Stormers scrumhalf shared a heartwarming video on Instagram that captured his beautiful engagement to his long-term girlfriend, Kelsey Thomas.
Jantjies and Thomas, who already have one child, got engaged on Sunday, 21 July.

The video was simply captioned with the date of their engagement, followed by ring and love emojis.
In the video, the 28-year-old can be seen falling to his knees, asking his soon-to-be wife to marry him, to which she quickly replied, "Yes, of course."
The pair was later joined by family members and their firstborn, who celebrated with them.

The news has recently been filled with announcements from South African rugby players that they are expecting babies or have recently become fathers.
One of these was Stormers star Herschel Jantjies.
Jantjies and his long-time girlfriend Kelsey Thomas announced their pregnancy in November 2023.
And finally, on 1 February 2024, Jantjies and Thomas welcomed little Alyssa-Rose into the world.

The glamorous couple shared photos on Instagram announcing the birth of their firstborn.
In the photos, the rugby star sits with a broad smile while Thomas holds her newborn baby tightly in her arms.
"Alyssa-Rose… Perfection! Thank you, Jesus, for a healthy little girl," Thomas wrote on Instagram.
