Woman’s strange behaviour leaves Linden residents confused

Linden is a suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa - situated towards the north western suburbs of the city and very close to Greenside, Randburg, Cresta, and Blairgowrie. Linden is one of the oldest and prettiest suburbs of the city, and includes attractions like arts, crafts, pubs, restaurants, and schools. 

However, video footage emerged of a woman and her three dogs in the early hours of the morning on 5^th Avenue, which left Linden residents confused.

Suburban Control Centre shared the video and said: “Strange Resident of Linden walking dogs in the morning and intentionally breaking council trees on the pavement. If anybody knows this individual or has information the council would love to hear from you so a hefty fine may be issued.”

Linden residents speculated as to what could lead to the woman’s behaviour.
