Covid-19 closes Polokwane weighbridge
A traffic weighbridge in Polokwane has had to be temporarily closed after an officer tested positive for Covid-19.
The officer tested positive on Tuesday afternoon and has been placed in self-isolation.'

Department of Community Safety Spokesperson Matome Taueatsoala says the bridge will be closed for two days to allow for decontamination.
“A complement of different routine shifts comprising staff from Transport and Community Safety, (roads agency) SANRAL and Load Control will resume with operations on Friday.”
