Two British nationals are set to appear in a Durban
court after they illegally entered South Africa from Swaziland.

The two are expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
The two men, aged 24 and 33, were arrested after they ignored border officials who told them they could not enter South Africa as it is under lockdown.
They managed to evade the border officials but were later nabbed at a guesthouse in Durban.
National police spokesperson Vish Naidoo says the two men evaded police after a high-speed chase.
“They face chargers contravening the Immigration Act, contravening the regulations of the Disaster Management Act and also being in possession of a vehicle suspected to be stolen. They are currently in police custody and expected to Durban Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.”
The owner of the guesthouse was also arrested for accommodating the two suspects knowing that they are foreign nationals.
He also faces charges of contravening the regulations of the Disaster Management Act.
