If you are anything like me, you normally sit at your desk, behind a computer for a large portion of your day, and exercise becomes that one item on your to-do list that you struggle to get to?
Well, never fear, I am here to help you out with some assistance from my favourite fitness expert, Lindsay Harris from Fit First training in Pretoria.
