She invited Chef Vaughn Phillips from the Horn and Phillips Catering Consortium to guide you on preparing all your meals as we countdown to the big day.
#GETTINGSTARTED - You need to start by cutting out added sugars – no need to cut out all your desserts and “cheat foods” but eat responsibly, less is more.

Fruit has natural fructose which is sugar in its natural state, it does burn quicker than your processed cane sugars and good to remember that fruit also has lots of vitamins, minerals and fiber.
