Arod took place in South Africa's biggest obstacle course, the Warrior Race! Watch to see how he does!
The Warrior Race is South Africa’s biggest obstacle course race series. They have 3 divisions called the Bratz for the kiddies, 6-8km Rookie course with 15 obstacles and The Black-Ops (which is what Arod did) that consists of 18-20kms off-road running and it has 30 obstacles.
Think of training in the army! Many natural obstacles and some not so natural such as monkey bars, climbing poles, jumping off platforms, water close to freezing… It really brings out the athlete in you.
Arod says it iis the most intense obstacle course he has ever done. The next one is in June in Harties!
