A Texas city council meeting was left in a fit of laughter when one council member excused himself to use the loo, but forgot to turn his lapel mic off. The attendees do an admirable job trying to keep it together while the sounds of someone relieving themselves echo throughout the council chambers. Cringe worthy moment of note!
