The Mercedes F015 Luxury in Motion vehicle, unveiled at January's CES, took a spin around San Francisco on March 4. After Mercedes-Benz unleashed its futuristic last week, they took autonomous concept car onto the streets of San Francisco, turning a few heads in the process.
