Better grab your things and head for the hills, but even the hills may not be safe! The US Navy is currently testing a laser weapon system, currently called LaWS. It's totally sci-fi, but it works...a little too well! As scary as it is, it's a step into the future for both technology and the battlefront. Check it out:
