We will respond to your email and give you a call. 

All emailed communications will be from an official Jacaranda FM email address, which will end on @jacarandafm.com

We will never:

• Send unsolicited emails requesting donations or assistance on behalf of individuals or causes.
• We will never approach, call, or message you via WhatsApp if you have not communicated with us directly.
• Contact you or post assistance requests on Facebook or any other social media platform.
• Make use of any third parties to collect or ask for donations on our behalf.
