Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
Rainy brings sunshine wherever she goes; now, her varsity sisters want to help her continue her studies. The Good Morning Angels New Year's Edition 2023 is powered by Willard Batteries.
There is nothing gloomy about Rainy Nkoebe. She finished her three-year BA Psychology degree last year (2022) with flying colours and two distinctions.
She was also elected to be the student leader at the university, which is a tremendous achievement. Her duties as a student leader promote transformation and diversity within the residence and university as a whole.

Her fellow student and friend, Tavlyn Robinson, describes Rainy as a remarkable woman who has won many hearts in the residence with her kindness and big heart.
Rainy wants to further her studies and student responsibilities this year and has been accepted for Economic Science studies.
Her first degree was funded by the State’s NSFAS funding. However, she does not qualify for 2023 study funding as this is an additional elective year to broaden her qualifications and increase her employment chances.

Rainy’s dad is a pensioner and her mom is unemployed, so they will not be able to assist financially. That’s why Tavlyn nominated Rainy for a Willard Bursary Fund.

Dear Good Morning Angles, I Hope you all are doing well.
This is the story of Rainy Nkoebe.
Rainy Nkoebe is currently a third-year student at North West university. At the end of 2022, she was elected to be student leader at the University, which is a tremendous achievement.
Good Morning Angels: Assistance for victims of the Christmas Eve Boksburg Explosion
Her duties as a student leader promote transformation and diversity within the residence and university as a whole. Rainy has always been a remarkable and kind woman. Her kindness and big heart have won many hearts in the residence.
However, at the end of 2022, her NSFAS fund came to an end. Due to the sudden termination of financial funds, she will not be able to continue her studies in 2023.
Due to her circumstances at home, she will not be able to pay for her studies. Rainy's father is currently a pensioner, and her mother is unemployed. In the meantime, she has been to several banks to apply for a study loan, but her applications have been turned down.
Good Morning Angels: A 'Little Warrior' gets Angel help after beating cancer
One of her close friends created a campaign in order to raise funds to help pay for her last year of university. The financial funds will be used for her study fees, accommodation, books and living expenses.
We would like to help her achieve her dream of receiving her degree at the end of the year and to continue to fulfil her duties as a student leader. This opportunity will create a stable and secure future for her and her family.
Kind Regards, hope to hear from you soon, Tavlyn Robinson.
