Martin Bester sells last four-ball for Good Morning Angels Golf Day
Updated | By Breakfast with Martin Bester
The Good Morning Angels Golf Day 2023 sold out two weeks ago when we announced the day would happen on 8 September at Centurion Country Club.
We are so thankful for all the support!
In true Good Morning Angels style, we have a surprise or two up our sleeves.
Firstly, we are happy to announce that our friends at Spur will be preparing and sponsoring our Golf Day Dinner!
On the Spur Golf Day dinner menu this year:
- Freshly baked garlic rolls
- Creamy coleslaw salad
- Greek Salad
- Buffalo Wings with Spur famous Durky and Roquefort sauce
- Spur Ribs
- 150g Boerewors
- Chicken Schnitzel with mushroom sauce
- Creamy potato bake with a cheese topping
Breakfast muffins and dessert will be supplied and sponsored by Rich’s - thank you to Eugene Soobrayan and the team!
The all-important coffee will be supplied by our friends at Ciro - thank you to Willem Prinsloo and the team!
Last four-ball action:
The catering alone is enough reason to want to be at the Good Morning Angels Golf Day this year!
But wait, there’s more... we have kept Martin’s four-ball until now to auction off.
The last four-ball was auctioned off on Wednesday’s Good Morning Angels for R190,000. Thank you to Hermanus Schoeman for giving R100,000 towards the four-ball and to Helgard Louwies from Ultron for buying the four-ball for R90,000.
Tune in to the 'Breakfast with Martin Bester', weekdays from 06:00 - 09:00. Stream the show live here or download our mobile app here.
