10 things you need to remember for #JacaDay

Jacaranda Day weekend is here! Take a look at this list of 10 things you need to know about this great day out.

1. The concert is at the Monument in Pretoria. Gates open at 9 am and the concert will continue into the early evening.
2. With everyone wanting to enjoy this amazing event there might be a bit of traffic so much for you come early.
3. Tickets are available if you click here, at R165 for Adults & R85 for kids U/12 or persons O/60. The secure Kids Zone will also ensure that there is entertainment for the little ones.
4. You are welcome to bring along your own picnic baskets and blankets.
5. If the idea of preparing your own food is a hassle there will also be food vendors at the venue. We’ve sourced a wide range of service providers to cater for all tastes whether it is burgers, curries, frozen yoghurt or anything in between that.
6. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed into the venue. These will be on sale at the venue.
7. No glass/sharp objects, animals and/or firearms will be allowed in the venue.
8. It’s going to be a cool day, so please DO bring: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, jersey and put on your favourite pair of dancing shoes.
9. No Cooler Boxes - This restriction stems from advice from the Fire Department and SAPS in the interest of maximizing the safety at Jacaranda Day 2018.
10. Make sure your phone is fully charged and you have a charged power bank with you. This will make sure you can take tons of pic an share your photos with us on Twitter @jacarandafm #JacaDay.
