New Year's Resolutions are a big thing for many people.
Relationships are a big part of our lives and the decision to engage in sexual activity or abstain from it can also have a huge effect on one's goals.

According to WebMD, 'people who choose to be celibate can find that not having sex helps their mental health'.
The health site also says that 'sex was a distraction or preoccupation for them and found that abstinence helps to keep their minds clear. Other people find that sex causes them stress, and they're happier not worrying about it.'
Rapper GloRilla took to X to say she is going on a 90-day celibacy challenge.
“Started my 90 day celibacy lil s— for new year’s or wtv,” she wrote on X.
However, the rapper says she is having a difficult time.
“I’m on da 9th day & my vision blurry af !!!!! Send help😭” she wrote.

50 Cent is also one of the celebrities who is on a mission to stay away from any sexual activity.
He wrote on Instagram that he will be abstaining so that he can focus on his big goals.
“My new idea is so big, I don’t have time to be distracted I’m practicing abstinence, I have been meditating and focusing on my goals,” he wrote. “I hope this New Year helps you excel to the next level.”
