Updated | By Lifestyle Reporter
Every household is different. Parents set their own rules and own routines based on what is best for their families.
Kim Constable has a sleeping arrangement with her husband and kids that might be unconventional for some. They all sleep in the same room and have created a bed that allows them to sleep next to each other.

In a recent interview, Kim also revealed that they allow their four kids to choose their bedtime. The kids, aged 11, 9, and 6, go to bed between 10 pm and 11 pm.

In a recent interview with Belfast, Kim explained: "Before the big bed was created, I spent my night's bed running about from room to room trying to get all the children to sleep. I am there for my children 24 hours a day and night. Whether they have a bad dream or want a drink of water, I will be there for them during the night just like I am during the day."
Every family is allowed to do what is best for them.
