Her background and tireless efforts in the field of education have transformed the lives of many South Africans
Amy Kleinhans-Curd is a business woman, philanthropist and sought-after public speaker and sits on the board of several international companies.

Kleinhans-Curd was the first woman of colour to be titled Miss South Africa, becoming an icon for millions around the country. Before that, Kleinhans-Curd was on a path to inspire and help others.
After being crowned Miss South Africa in 1992 , Kleinhans-Curd received numerous offers to involve herself in various businesses and causes.
Armed with a Degree in Higher Education, Amy started a company that would have a massive impact on education throughout South Africa. Dial-a-Teacher, a nationwide phone-in advisory service for children and teachers is a means for children to get in touch with professional teachers with just a phone call. Thousands of learners without sufficient access to resources and qualified educators are benefiting.

Kleinhans-Curd’s reign started with a pageant, but more than two decades later, she still continues to lead and inspire as a #FearlessWoman.
