Tiffiny Hall saw an opportunity to use her influential social media platforms to share her thoughts on the 'Bounce Back' mentality that is expected from mothers after giving birth.
Tiffany speaks on how she did not resonate with the idea, instead, she opted to live by the term 'Bounce Forward', as it was more realistic to adapt to the body’s changes while getting into shape.
Twin dad struggles to tell his kids apart
Tiffany advised that as much as getting into shape is a great idea after having your baby, you should consider being cleared by your obstetrician or doctor. Then have a go-slow plan to ease you into a workout routine.
