It's time to let go of...
Financial negligence
Finances form a big part of our lives. Failure to manage finances well can leave you feeling stressed and even lead to some people finding themselves in debt or struggling to make ends meet. In the new year, set a budget and stick to what you can afford. Avoid buying things on credit or taking on more debt.

As Robert Kiyosaki, the author of 'Rich Dad Poor Dad', once said: "If you want to be financially free, you need to become a different person than you are today and let go of whatever has held you back in the past."
Toxic relationships
No man is an island, and although relationships are vital, not all of them are healthy.
If you realise that there are certain relationships that constantly steal your joy and peace, it might be time to let go of them. This is because toxic relationships can affect your mental health and cause you sleepless nights and many tears.
When you find yourself unable to let go of a relationship - whether it be with a family member, a co-worker, or someone else - look for strategies to manage the situation and your response to the other person's actions.
Procrastinating
Procrastination will cause you to experience delays in achieving your goals and reaching your full potential.
The year new offers you a new opportunity to make use of your time wisely.

Unhealthy lifestyle
Eating healthily and exercising are the top things that people list as goals for the new year.
Maybe look at why in the previous years you didn't succeed and let go of anything that might be a hindrance to you living a healthy lifestyle.
Self-doubt
People that battle with self-doubt or imposter syndrome often doubt their abilities and limit themselves. They are too stuck in self-doubt to realise their full potential. You are as powerful as you believe yourself to be. Self confidence is crucial for your success.
