The building has been vacant for seven years and Kate thought, why not flip it into a wedding venue? Using TikTok, she shared the videos documenting the renovation and more so the part of restoring the old tiles.
This project is similar to some she has done before, where she renovated a car dealership and a brick warehouse into a ballroom wedding venue.
