@youngeryoudoc is a TikTok doctor who claims to be helping people feel younger. He posts content on health hacks and made sure to mention in his bio that they include no medication.

The video posted shows a series of hacks including the one most people went for, which was the hack to get you to sleep in two minutes. He instructs that all you must do is rub your wrist for two to three minutes and it will be lights out.
Along with that one was using an ice pack on your chest to remedy your stress - maybe they are worth trying after all?!

Replying to the comments on the video, he explained how the wrist spot is an acupressure spot that has been highlighted in a number of studies, including Chinese medicine.
