There is no better way to get more vegetables into your children's meals than with a little cheese! The Terrace Kitchen shared this delicious corn and spinach sandwich on her YouTube channel. It's quick and easy to make.
All you need is:
- Spinach
- Sweet corn
- Spices
- Cheese
- Bread
Homemade vegan "chicken nuggets"
Kids love nuggets! They are great finger foods that can be dipped in delicious sauces. YouTuber Liv B has a great recipe you should try.
You can use an Instant Pot or make these nuggets on the stove.
Three-ingredient banana bread
Add a little treat to your child's lunch box so that they looked forward to their lunch break. One of our favouite local food bloggers, Landi Govender from The Tocka Blog, has a delicious banana bread recipe you can try.
Here's what you need to make it:
- 5 very ripe bananas
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2½ cups self-rising flour
