The best Portuguese rolls recipe around

There are many reasons why Portuguese rolls are a favourite for many people.
They are the perfect accompaniment for just about any meal - from stews, soups, sauce or on their own, the rolls are yummy.
Making them is not hard, either.
Let's take a look at the recipe below.

Ingredients:
5 Cups all purpose flour
1 Tablespoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 Teaspoon sugar
2 Tablespoon salted butter
2 Cups lukewarm water.
Method:
Mix yeast, sugar, 3-4 teaspoons of flour, and 1/4 cup lukewarm water.
Cover and leave the dough to rise until it doubles in size and forms foam.
Add the dough to the remaining flour and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Add butter, yeast and the remaining lukewarm water.
Knead until smooth dough forms for about 10 minutes.
Put in a warm environment and cover with a plastic for about an hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
Shape buns with your hand.
Place the shaped buns in parchment lined baking tray (Don't place them close to each other as they will rise in size when in the oven).
Make an indent on each bun.
Fold them and flip them upside down.
Cover them for another 15 minutes.
Turn them upright.
Let them rise again for another hour.
Brush with milk.
Bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
